Come eliminare l’odiata pancetta? Non è così facile, ma questo vale per qualsiasi tipo d’inestetismo. Non possiamo credere che una bella crema rassodante o qualche passeggiata rigenerativa possano far scomparire i rotolini di grasso accumulati nel tempo. Sono sempre di più le richieste per assottigliare il punto vita, vero cruccio dei trentenni di oggi.

Sono proprio gli uomini, infatti, a essere particolarmente sedotti dal ritocchino estetico e lo dimostrano i dati dell’American Society Plastic Surgery, secondo cui i maschietti, solo nel 2010, hanno coperto il 10% della quota di mercato della chirurgia estetica con un aumento del 45% negli ultimi 10 anni. Insomma, uomini sempre più vanitosi, attenti al loro aspetto e ad ascoltare i consigli delle compagne. Spesso sono le stesse donne a convincerli a lavorare sui loro punti di deboli per bellezza, ma anche per salute.

Inoltre, ammettiamolo pure: la pancetta è da sempre un classico, soprattutto per coloro che svolgono un’attività sedentaria. Esiste dunque un trattamento che permette di risolvere il problema pancetta, che altro non che un accumulo di grasso. Si agisce su due fronti: da una parte è necessario seguire una dieta mirata, dall’altra invece ci si sottopone a radiofrequenza e ultrasuoni. Lo racconta Sofia Zafiropoulou, direttore sanitario del Centro Medico Turati di Milano:

Il manipolo della radiofrequenza utilizza una tecnologia bipolare con aspirazione in grado di attivare un riscaldamento selettivo che determina una contrazione delle fibre di collagene e dunque un’attivazione della microcircolazione.

Poi esiste un secondo manipolo che agisce con l’ultrasuono, questa tecnica è a tutti nota come cavitazione. Le onde acustiche sciolgono lo strato più superficiale di grasso, ammorbidendolo e rendendolo meno visibile. Ovviamente, il consiglio degli esperti è di associare al trattamento un regime dietetico povero di carboidrati e fare un po’ di movimento. Et voilà, via la pancia. Ogni seduta dura circa 45 minuti e costa 180 euro.
