libri e dietaOggi torniamo a parlare di idee regalo per Natale 2012; nei giorni scorsi vi avevamo fornito alcune idee per cesti di Natale light, oggi è la volta dei libri da regalare a chi è a dieta o a chi intende mettersi a dieta dopo le feste; un dono che risulterà particolarmente gradito a chi vorrebbe seguire un regime alimentare equilibrato ma non sa da dove cominciare.

Tra i libri che vogliamo proporvi c’è quello che, negli ultimi mesi sta riscuotendo un grande successo: si tratta di “La dieta Sorrentino. La vera dieta salutare per dimagrire e stare bene”, scritto da Nicola Sorrentino. Il nutrizionista, già da tempo noto nel campo alimentare, sostiene che per perdere peso bisogna partire da una corretta educazione alimentare e, per questo, nel suo libro consiglia una serie di ricette che attingono alla dieta mediterranea, ritenuta la migliore e la più efficace.

Nel suo libro, edito da Mondadori, Sorrentino consiglia una dieta che tenga sotto controllo i grassi e gli zuccheri e che abbondi di frutta e verdura; quasi assenti le proteine di origine animale, rappresentate solo dallo yogurt, dal pesce, dal parmigiano sulla pasta e, una volta a settimana dalle uova. Sì ai legumi, alla frutta secca e anche alla pasta a patto che sia preparata in modo semplice e leggero, magari con le verdure, e condita con olio extravergine d’oliva

Un altro libro che esalta la dieta equilibrata e salutare è “La cucina wellness”, scritto da Stefania Ruggeri e da Chiara Manzi, edito da Plan, nel quale viene spiegato come mangiare in modo sano e, allo stesso tempo, gratificante per il palato. Via libera, quindi, ai cibi che contengono nutrienti essenziali per la salute del nostro organismo, come vitamine, antiossidanti e fibre, cucinati in modo sano e con delle accortezze salva-linea, insomma: come mangiare bene senza rinunciare al gusto.

Molto spesso per perdere perso non basta mettersi a dieta, a volte dimagrire è questione di psiche più che di calorie; proprio questo rapporto è alla base del libro di Paola Vinciguerra e di Giorgio Calabrese intitolato “Stress & dieta. Consigli e rimedi per vivere al meglio”, edito da Kowalski. In questo libro viene spiegato che dimagrire bisogna, prima di tutto, compensare la “fame della mente”, ossia tutte quelle insoddisfazioni che colmiamo con il cibo, in modo da mettersi a posto con il nostro corpo; il segreto in più? Fare sport per rilassarsi e ritrovare l’equilibrio fisico e mentale.

However, through everything that I have witnessed, I simply just trust when the actual commentary stack on that people today continue to be on point and don’t start on a soap box associated with some other news of the day.
