  • Tè verde: è una bevanda antichissima, ricca di vitamina C, ferro, calcio, teofillina, teobromina e tannini. Uno degli aspetti più interessanti del tè verde riguarda le sue proprietà anti-invecchiamento e antitumorale. Inoltre, grazie alle proprietà della catechina, che favorisce la termogenesi, aumenta la velocità con cui l’organismo brucia i suoi grassi.
  • Tè bianco: è un tipo di tè non fermentato, orginario della Cina, e contiene meno caffeina rispetto agli altri tipi di tè, ma è ricco di vitamine A ed E.

Immancabile anche la frutta secca, da sistemare nel cesto in appositi sacchetti salvafreschezza, da chiudere con delle belle coccarde rigorosamente di colore rosso! La frutta secca, infatti, pur essendo molto calorica, è ricca di acidi insaturi e Sali minerali preziosi per la nostra salute. L’importante è non eccedere nelle quantità. Volendo potete anche aggiungere dei sacchetti con i semi oleosi, come i semi di girasole, ricchissimi di vitamina E,  o i semi di zucca, un ottimo snack spezzafame, inoltre, essendo molto ricchi di magnesio, sostanza ritenute un calmante naturale, svolgono un’azione rilassante sul muscolo del cuore. Contengono anche preziosi acidi grassi essenziali e fitosteroli, che abbassano i livelli di colesterolo nel sangue.

Per completare il cesto di Natale potete aggiungere un pacchetto di caffè qualità arabica bio, delle composte di marmellata senza zucchero, ottime per la prima colazione da spalmare su golose gallette di riso.
