Il sito www.melarossa.it ha lanciato un sondaggio chiedendo agli utenti quali fossero, secondo loro, i piatti più sexy della tradizione italiana, scegliendo tra un lista di ricette tipiche del Nord, del Centro e del Sud Italia.
Ad essere eletto cibo più sexy della tradizione culinaria italiana è stato il cannolo siciliano, il dolce tipico della Sicilia a base di ricotta e arricchito da pistacchi, cedro e cioccolato fondente; certamente non si può definire un dessert light, ma almeno per la serata di San Valentino possiamo mettere da un po’ da parte la dieta.
Al secondo posto della classifica dei cibi più sexy si è piazzato il caciucco alla livornese che, grazie alla presenza dei crostacei, viene considerato un piatto afrodisiaco; al terzo posto, forse un po’ a sorpresa, ci sono i bucatini all’Amatriciana, che però hanno dalla loro parte ingredienti tipicamente afrodisiaci come peperoncino e vino bianco. Scendendo dal podio, al quarto posto, ci sono gli spaghetti alla Norcina, a base di tartufo nero, al quinto il risotto alla milanese preparato con lo zafferano, e al sesto gli sciù napoletani a base di cacao.
Al settimo posto di questa speciale classifica troviamo il brasato al Barolo, con tutti i suoi ingredienti tipicamente afrodisiaci come il pepe, la cannella, i chiodi di garofano e il vino rosso; all’ottavo il capriolo in salsa di mirtilli, con mirtilli e bacche di ginepro, al nono il gulash triestino a base di paprica, maggiorana e cumino, e al decimo i tortellini di zucca; seguono le lumache in porchetta e le alici marinate.
