Bandite dalle vostre tavole e soprattutto dai vostri menù il fritto e preferire le cotture al vapore, alla piastra, alla griglia o al forno.
Soffritto light
Non utilizzate olio e burro con la cipolla, ma vino bianco o brodo, che evaporano immediatamente e lasciano un buon sapore, eliminando quasi completamente i grassi e quindi le calorie.
Preferire il pesce alla carne
Ogni città e soprattutto ogni regione ha la sua tradizione. È dunque solo un consiglio: se potete, preferite il pesce piuttosto che la carne. Qualora non fosse possibile, scegliere ricette a base di verdure, alimenti integrali e legumi.
Evitate il dolce
Il pranzo di Natale si deve chiudere con qualcosa di dissetante e di delizioso. Evitate quindi il classico dolce, pieno di grassi e di calorie, e favorite delle buone macedonie, magari con una manciata di frutta secca, ricca di omega 3.
