Poco prima delle nozze, ormai tre anni, Kate Middleton è stata testimonial indiretta di quella che possiamo definire la dieta dell’ultimo decennio, la Dukan. La futura Regina ha infatti perso peso con il regime nutrizionale iperproteico studiato da Pierre Dukan, considerato estremamente dannoso. Dopo di lei, tantissime altre star si sono rimesse in forma così, alcune raggiungendo il mite dell’anoressia. Ora la duchessa di Cambridge ha scelto un altro regime alimentare.

Si tratta del raw food diet. Questa dieta è nota anche come crudismo. Deriva dalla dieta vegetariana, perché non comprende alimenti di origine animale, soprattutto elimina la carne, e devono essere crudo. La star che da anni si è affezionata al crudismo più di tutte è Demi Moore e onestamente i suoi 50 anni non li dimostra.

Mangiare semi e verdura, infatti, dovrebbe non solo fare in modo che si mantenga il peso forma o si perdano i chili di troppo, ma consente di dare luce e forza a unghie e capelli e la pelle assume un bel colorito sano. Quali sono i piatti più apprezzati da Kate? Le insalate di frutta, soprattutto se contengono l’anguria, il gazpacho, adora le bacche di Goji, considerate una sorta di elisir di lunga vita, il tabbouleh e il latte di mandorla.

Secondo quanto riporta il Daily Mail, il crudismo della Middelton non è propriamente puro, infatti mangia volentieri il pesce crudo marinato con lime e spezie. Diciamo che ha eliminato le cotture, che ovviamente disperdono sia le sostanze nutritive sia le vitamine. Questo regime alimentare dovrebbe essere quello che le ha permesso di tornare in forma dopo il parto.
