Vi capita mai di avvertire un improvviso e quasi irresistibile desiderio per un certo alimento o piatto? La voglia di carboidrati, in modo particolare di dolci, può segnalare il bisogno di serotonina: provate a mangiare una banana matura; il desiderio smodato di carboidrati può segnalare anche una carenza di lipidi giusti, di cui il nostro organismo ha bisogno. Ciò si verifica generalmente nelle persone che scelgono i cibi light, poveri di grassi, perché l’organismo tenta di produrre del grasso trasformandolo dai carboidrati. Un’integrazione con acidi grassi di tipo omega 3 risolve in breve tempo questa “voglia” difficile da controllare.

La voglia di cibi salati può indicare un improvviso calo di pressione oppure può essere il segnale di una dieta scarsa di calcio. Spesso bere un bicchiere abbondante di acqua fresca fa superare il desiderio per qualche cosa di salato, altrimenti provate a condire i cibi con sale aromatico o con sale marino integrale.

Se il desiderio per i cibi fortemente salati rimane intenso, è probabile che il vostro livello di stress abbia raggiunto i limiti di guardia, e che quindi, le vostre ghiandole surrenali siano molto affaticate, e in questo caso un’alimentazione molto sana è sicuramente di giovamento.
