I radicali liberi sono, infatti, i maggiori responsabili dell’invecchiamneto cutaneo e della perdita di luminosità della pelle. I cibi che si possono annoverare tra gli alleati della pelle sana e giovane sono numerosi.Gli antiossidanti naturali li ritroviamo in molti cibi quali frutta e verdura. Grazie all’assunzione regolare di questi cibi e l’eliminazione di cibi dannosi per il benessere della pelle, potremo rallentare il processo di invecchiamento cutaneo. Ma seguire un’alimentazione anti-invecchiamento non allontana i rischi per la pelle, è necessario seguire alcuni accorgimenti che si inseriscono nella cura giornaliera della pelle.

Lavare il nostro corpo è tra i gesti più efficaci per il mantenimento di una pelle idratata, esso infatti garantisce l’eliminazione di tutte le impurità che si accumulano durante la giornata. Le impurità, provenienti dallo smog e dai residui di sebo, occludono i pori, impedendo una naturale ossigenazione della pelle. Lavare bene il corpo è importante ma è necessario seguire qualche piccolo accorgimento al fine di evitare fastidiose complicazioni.

In primo luogo, è importante utilizzare detergenti non troppo aggressivi e aver cura, se si effettuano più docce al giorno, di non esagerare con questi prodotti perché l’utilizzo incontrollato di questi prodotti determina spesso un’alterazione del ph naturale della pelle. Se si fanno due o più docce al giorno, si potranno utilizzare detergenti dolci solo nelle zone maggiormente ricche di ghiandole sebacee.

Per evitare danni alla pelle è necessario scegliere detergenti che rispettino la pelle, questi ultimi dovranno possedere alcune caratteristiche quali ph neutro, assenza di profumi sintetici o conservanti, non essere eccessivamente densi o schiumosi, ecc. Questi aspetti, infatti, possono essere alla base di irritazioni cutanee o di allergie cutanee. I prodotti di qualità dovrebbero contenere sostanze preziose che li rendono dei veri e propri trattamenti di bellezza per la pelle: aloe, avena, malva, camomilla, olio di bargamotto, ecc.
