Dimagrire con la dieta del week end

L’estate è sempre più vicina e la prova costume diventa imminente, siete pronte? Se vi sentite solamente un po’ gonfie e appesantite, la dieta del week end può fare al caso vostro. Si tratta, infatti, di un regime alimentare ipocalorico che permette di perdere peso e nello stesso tempo di disintossicarsi.

La dieta del week end, sfruttando le potenzialità di alcuni alimenti, aiuta subito a sentirsi più leggeri, 2 giorni dedicati al proprio benessere, che non comportano troppi sacrifici. Naturalmente, non dimenticate di bere tanta acqua, almeno un litro e mezzo, due e fate largo alle tisane, che aiutano a combattere gli attacchi di fame, dando un senso di sazietà.

Dieta del week end

Sabato
Colazione: una tazza di caffè d’orzo e una fetta biscottata integrale
Spuntino: una tisana a piacere
Pranzo: cruditè per antipasto, 50 gr di pasta integrale condita con pomodoro fresco e basilico, verdure cotte a volontà.
Merenda: un frutto
Cena: 120 gr di pesce alla griglia, verdure cotte o crude a volontà, un budino di soia
Tisana della sera

Domenica
Colazione: una tazza di caffè d’orzo e una fetta biscottata integrale
Spuntino: una tisana a piacere
Pranzo: cruditè per antipasto, 30 gr di riso condito con ortica, zucca e zafferano, verdure cotte a volontà.
Merenda: un frutto
Cena: 120 gr di pesce al cartoccio, verdure cotte o crude a volontà, frutti di bosco

Come dicevamo all’inizio, concedete largo spazio alle tisane. Ad esempio quella a base di rodiola o di griffonia, sono ottime per combattere la fame nervosa e le trovate facilmente in erboristeria. Mentre, per contrastare la ritenzione idrica e il senso di gonfiore sono particolarmente indicate le tisane ad azione drenante.

Tra le erbe che favoriscono al diuresi potete scegliere tra la betulla, l’ortosiphon, la gramigna, così come la centella asiatica, ottima contro la cellulite, poiché riattiva il microcircolo, ma anche contro l’invecchiamento della pelle.
