I dessert ipercalorici di Natale

Siamo nel pieno delle feste e rinunciare alle tante tentazioni culinarie non è sempre facile ed è ancora più difficile se le tentazioni sono i tipici dolci natalizi. Come resistere infatti ad una golosa fetta di torta, a una mousse o ad un frutto delizioso? Uno strappo alle regole della dieta è possibile ma è necessario non esagerare. Per non rischiare di pagare un conto troppo caro per la nostra linea potrebbe essere utile un breve memorandum per saper scegliere, tra i tanti dolci di natale, il dolce meno calorico.

Prima di confrontare i vari dolci però è utile qualche altra raccomandazione:

  • se volete consumare dei dolci è bene scegliere le prime ore della giornata, avrete più tempo per smartirli;
  • attenzione alle quantità, una porzione ha già un apporto calorico molto alto, evitate i bis!
  • scegliete dolci a base di frutta ed evitate i dolci che contengono crema;
  • evitate di fare piccoli assaggini di dolci diversi perchè sarà più difficile tenere sotto controllo le porzioni.

Detto questo, vediamo più da vicino le differenze caloriche tra diverse tipologie di dolci che si consumano in genere durante il pranzo di natale. In questo confronto non può mancare la fetta di panettone: 1 fetta di panettone del peso di circa 100 gr ha un valore calorico pari a 350 calorie. Se vi sembra che il panettone sia ipercalorico non avete ancora letto le calorie di altri dessert di natale!

  • fetta di torta al cioccolato: 500 calorie;
  • fetta di torta alle mele, del peso di 100 grammi, ha 540 calorie;
  • fetta di crostata: 560 calorie;
  • fetta di torta alla crema: 650 calorie;
  • fetta di torta di nocciole: 700 calorie;
  • fetta di saint honoré: 900 calorie.

Poi abbiamo le altre leccornie natalizie: un solo dattero ha un apporto calorico di 25 calorie contro le 60 calorie di una fetta di ananas di 150 grammi; 15 grammi di cioccolato ci costano 84 calorie contro le sole 90 calorie di un grappolo d’uva. Quindi cosa aggiungere? Il dessert di natale non può di certo mancare nelle nostre tavole ma forse potremmo optare per dessert light in modo da non rinunciare alle delizie del palato, mantenendo la linea durante le feste di Natale!
