Oggi vi proponiamo un primo piatto light che mette insieme gusto e linea in 300 calorie: Tagliatelle con salsa agli spinaci.
Tagliatelle con salsa di spinaci: ingredienti per 4 persone
- 320 grammi di tagliatelle all’uovo
- 100 grammi di besciamella light
- 4 cucchiai di latte parzialmente scremato
- 150 grammi di spinaci tritati
- 30 grammi di speck affumicato a quadratini
- una cipolla bianca
- 30 grammi di parmigiano grattuggiato
- noce moscata, sale e pepe.
Tagliatelle con salsa di spinaci: Preparazione
Tritate finemente la cipolla e mettetela in una padella antiaderente con un pò di acqua. Quando la cipolla sarà cotta aggiungete gli spinaci e un pizzico di sale. Lasciate cuocere il tutto per circa 5-6 minuti. In un pentolino aggiungete la besciamella light e 4 cucchiai di latte. Amalgamate il latte e la besciamella light aiutandovi con un cucchiaio di legno. Aggiungete gli spinaci e poi unite a tutto il composto lo speck tagliato a quadratini.
Lasciate riposare per qualche minuto e dopo aggiungete il parmigiano, il pepe e la noce moscata. In una pentola lasciate cuocere le tagliatelle, attenzione a non farle cuocere troppo, devono rimanere al dente. Quando avrete ultimato la cottura delle tagliatelle, scolatele avendo cura di mettere da parte un pò di acqua di cottura che aggiungerete qualora la pasta unita al condimento dovesse risultare troppo asciutta. Scolate quindi le tagliatelle, unitele alla salsa di spinaci e lasciate il tutto sul fuoco per far insaporire il piatto. Servite il piatto ben caldo.
