  1. Fare una colazione completa: La prima colazione è essenziale per iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto, fa bene all’umore e fornisce l’energia necessaria per affrontare il rientro al lavoro. Non devono mai mancare latte o yogurt, questi alimenti, infatti, forniscono i fosfolipidi che agiscono sul tono e sull’umore, ma anche sulle funzioni cognitive e sulla risposta allo stress.   2. Fare movimento: è una buona abitudine che aiuta a mantenere in forma il nostro corpo, ma anche la nostra mente. Ad esempio, potete andare in ufficio a piedi, o quando tornate a casa potete fare le scale, anziché preferire l’ascensore. E se fate sport, dopo lo sforzo fisico, potete premiarvi con il latte, ricco di proteine, carboidrati ed elettroliti, che sostituiscono alla grande il tradizionali integratori salini e proteici.
  3. Avere orari regolari: durante le vacanze il tempo assume una dimensione diversa, si è soliti fare le ore piccole, dormire fino a tardi e quando si deve ritornare alla quotidianità, l’organismo si ritrova spiazzato. E’ importante, perciò, ristabilire il giusto ritmo sonno/veglia, andando a dormire e alzandosi ad orari regolari. Per combattere l’insonnia, prima di andare a letto, potete bere un bel bicchiere di latte dolcificato con il miele, o gustare un vasetto di yogurt.
