Gli sport estivi da praticare in spiaggia per restare in forma

 

Purtroppo durante l’anno è difficile dividersi tra casa, famiglia, lavoro e palestra. Ecco perché le ferie diventano così importanti: sono una pausa durante la quale è possibile togliersi qualche soddisfazione; fra queste vi è senza dubbio fare sport all’aria aperta, o meglio, al mare. Ma quali sono gli sport più adatti da praticare in spiaggia? Vediamolo insieme:

Ricordiamoci che fare ginnastica non deve essere uno sforzo esagerato. È sempre bene partire con un allenamento leggero e poi crescere un po’ alla volta. Non deve, infatti, essere troppo frustante sia per il cuore sia per la muscolatura. Inoltre, bisogna fare attenzione al caldo e dedicarsi all’attività fisica nelle ore più fresche.

Gli esperti Melarossa.it hanno selezionato quattro sport da spiaggia ideali per tornare in perfetta forma durante l’estate. A settembre, una volta in ufficio, avrete un gran fisico e ciò che conta di più: vi sarete divertiti. Inoltre, sono anche perfetti per prendere il sole, senza soffrire sul lettino al caldo. Il primo sono i racchettoni. Ci giocano tutti, adulti e bambini. Un’ora di partita permette di perdere circa 200 calorie, non sono molte, ma ci sono numerosi benefici: intanto se praticato a pelo d’acqua aiuta a mantenersi freschi e poi tonifica le gambe. Quindi forse brucerete poco, ma di sicuro capillari e cellulite avranno vita corta.

Il nuoto poi è il secondo sport più praticato al mare e gli esperti sanno bene che tra piscina e mare aperto c’è una bella differenza, sia in termini di fatica sia di resistenza. In questo caso si possono bruciare fino a 300 calorie e ovviamente migliorare la circolazione e la mobilità. I veri sportivi si daranno da fare con il beach volley. In questo caso si suda e si fatica davvero moltissimo. Per 35 minuti partita sono state calcolate circa 600 calorie.

Attenzione però, se da un lato il beach volley permette davvero di smaltire moltissimo, dall’altro è uno sport con alcuni limiti: prima di tutto bisogna avere gambe e braccia allenate o il rischio di farsi male è altissimo e poi si può praticare solo la mattina presto o la sera tardi per evitare il caldo. Infine sand bike, ovvero bicicletta sulla sabbia.  L’attrito della sabbia potenzia la muscolatura, ma ovviamente potreste scegliere anche una classica passeggiata a piedi nudi o un giro in bici sull’asfalto più classico e sicuro. In questo caso le calorie consumate sono circa 400 per un’ora.
