Cosa mangiare in spiaggia per combattere il caldo e restare in forma

Il pranzo al sacco degli italiani è per molti un attentato alla linea. Quest’anno potrebbe esserlo ancor di più, perché secondo le stime di un’indagine commissionata da Coldiretti, più del 30 percento dei connazionali porterà in spiaggia dei cibi preparati a casa, ovviamente per risparmiare e far fronte alla crisi.

Quali sono i prodotti preferiti? Saranno in molti a scegliere l’insalata di riso, ma anche la caprese, le paste fredde, il prosciutto e melone, la parmigiana di melanzane, la frittata e la cotoletta. Inoltre, tutto sarà condito con doppia dose di frutta. Questi piatti sono sicuramente soluzioni comode, ma non tutte sono salutari. In spiaggia fa davvero molto caldo e il corpo ha bisogno di prodotti leggeri e freschi.

È bene quindi evitare piatti unti e grassi, per non appesantire la digestione. Quindi lasciate pure a casa le frittate e le cotolette, anche se fredde e nel panino sono buonissime. Preferite dei salumi come la bresaola o il prosciutto crudo e promuovete i formaggi freschi, come la mozzarella. Sì alla verdura, soprattutto quella cruda, ricca di vitamine e sali minerali. Bisogna, infatti, contrastare il caldo con prodotti in grado di far reintegrare al corpo i sali persi con la sudorazione: promossi quindi carote, cetrioli, radicchio, invidia, ma anche i pomodori.

Evitate la parmigiana di melanzana e preferite delle verdure grigliate, condite con poco olio. Portatevi sempre della frutta in spiaggia, molto utile anche per dissetarsi e per fare merenda. Favorite quella di stagione, che sono anguria, melone, albicocche, pesca, nettarine, prugne, pere e un po’ d’uva ad agosto. È poi molto importante bere molto, soprattutto acqua, ed evitare invece gli alcolici, che tendono a disidratare. Se lo desiderate, concedetevi ogni tanto un gelato o un ghiacciolo. Fate però attenzione perché il gelato è un prodotto molto grasso e bisogna ricordarsi di non entrare subito in acqua, dopo averlo mangiato. Inoltre, è nutriente ma non abbastanza da sostituire un pasto. È ideale come dessert, soprattutto se a base di frutta.
