Ingredienti per 8-10 persone
- 200 g di farina di grano saraceno; 150 g di burro;
- 70 g di fecola di patate;
- 1 bustina di lievito;
- 2 tuorli d’uovo e 3 albumi;
- 1 bustina di vanillina;
- 80 g di fruttosio
Preparazione
Lavorate a crema il burro con 40 g di fruttosio. Mescolate la farina di grano saraceno con la fecola, la vanillina, il lievito e setacciate con il mix. Unite un tuorlo alla vota alla crema di burro e lavorate a lungo.
Amalgamate il mix alla crema. Montate a neve gli albumi, aggiungete poco alla volta il fruttosio rimasto e unite al composto. Lasciate cuocere in uno stampo imburrato a 180°C per 45 minuti.
