Funzionerebbe così: il ministero dell’Agricoltura dovrebbe preparare un elenco dei prodotti tradizionali «funzionali al mantenimento di un buono stato di salute» e chi li compra potrebbe poi scaricare il costo dalle imposte. Esattamente come si fa adesso per voci come gli interessi sul mutuo della prima casa o le visite mediche e i farmaci, si potrà fare per il cibo. Compri le mele e togli quello che hai speso dal tuo reddito, sul quale poi lo Stato calcola le tasse che devi pagare.
