La pesca è uno dei frutti estivi protagonisti delle nostre tavole, ricca di vitamine e di preziosi sali minerali aiuta ad eliminare le tossine e tonifica la pelle.

Ma la pesca, è un frutto particolarmente virtuoso, una vera risorsa per il benessere del nostro organismo. Ha, infatti, proprietà lassative, caratteristica che la rende adatta per chi soffre di stitichezza, ma anche proprietà diuretiche. E’ un’ottima alleata, perciò, anche contro calcoli renali.
Per dare una mano all’intestino, è ideale da mangiare cotta a prima mattina. Sbucciate 3 pesce fresche, fatele cuocere a vapore. Dopo averle fatte raffreddare, mangiatele a colazione a digiuno. La pesca è anche un delizioso aperitivo. Aggiunta ad un calice di succo di mela, favorisce la digestione, drena e contribuisce a metabolizzare meglio il pasto.
Questo frutto, che vanta una storia molto antica, è amico anche della nostra pelle. Limita, infatti, la traspirazione e aiuta a purificare la pelle. Insomma, la pesca è un alimento che non può proprio mancare nella nostra dieta, e le occasioni per gustarla sono numerose, insieme alla macedonia di frutta, ma anche come accompagnamento a formaggi e insaccati.
