Finite le Feste la dieta per perdere qualche chilo di troppo divie­ne l’obiettivo dei molti italiani che non sono riusciti a resiste­re alle leccornie delle tavole, che hanno portato un aumento di peso mediamente di oltre due chili. La stima è di Coldiretti, secondo cui durante le feste di fine anno sono state assunte in media 15mila-20mi­la chilocalorie in più per l’effetto combinato del maggior consumo di cibi calorici abbinato a bevande alcoliche e della rinun­cia ad alimenti come frutta e verdura.

Ma i nutrizionisti tran­quillizzano: per rimettersi in ri­ga cominciamo  adottando una «dieta leggerezza». Frutta e verdura in grande quantità, un piatto di pasta o riso al giorno (perché non è vero che i carboidrati fanno ingrassare, ma sono anzi fonda­mentali per il corretto funziona­mento dell’organismo) e pesce invece della carne. A spumante e liquori, e soprattutto ai dolci, bisogna invece rinunciare, mentre è «concesso» 1 bicchiere di vino ai pasti.

Secondo consi­glio: approfittare dei giorni di vacanza per muoversi un pò di più. Basta infatti mezz’ora di camminata a passo sostenuto al giorno, per consumare le ca­lorie in eccesso dei pasti natali­zi. E sul «contraccolpo bilan­cia», gli esperti tranquillizzano: è vero che dopo le feste l’ago della bilancia tende a spostarsi in avanti, ma si tratta di grassi e acqua che possono essere fa­cilmente smaltiti muovendosi, appunto, e adottando una die­ta leggera finite le vacanze.

Per rimettersi in forma, gli esperti consigliano anche di consumare molta acqua. Inol­tre in questa stagione, tra la frutta da non dimenticare ci so­no arance, mele, pere e kiwi mentre per quanto riguarda le verdure quelle particolarmente indicate sono spinaci, cicoria, radicchio, zucche e zucchine, insalata, finocchi e carote. Tut­te le insalate e le verdure van­no condite – sottolineano gli esperti – con olio d’oliva, ricco di tocoferolo, un antiossidante che combatte l’invecchiamento dell’organismo e favorisce l’eli­minazione delle scorie, e ab­bondante succo di limone che purifica l’organismo dalle tossi­ne, fluidifica e pulisce il san­gue, è un ottirno astringente e cura l’iperacidità gastrica.
