Il pranzo di Pasqua, il picnic di Pasquetta, ma anche i ponti del 25 aprile e del 1 maggio: insomma la primavera offre diverse feste durante le quali è facile sgarrare ai danni della dieta o dei buoni propositi in vista della prova costume. Urge, dunque, correre ai ripari. Ecco qualche consiglio per smaltire i chili accumulati durante le feste di primavera.

  1. Dieta detox. La parola d’ordine dopo gli eccessi, che siano di Pasqua o dovuti ai pic nic dei ponti di questi giorni è disintossicarsi. Nei giorni seguenti alle feste mangiate molte verdure, frutta e proteine; via libera anche alle tisane disintossicanti e drenanti e all’acqua per purificare l’organismo; eliminate, invece, fritti, dolci e alcolici.
  2. Non saltate i pasti. Assolutamente sbagliato pensare di rimediare ai “danni” delle feste saltanto i pasti nei giorni successivi, soprattutto la colazione che, non ci stancheremo mai di ripeterlo, fornisce l’energia per l’intera giornata e aiuta a mantenere attivo il metabolismo. Piuttosto che saltare i pasti, mangiate in maniera equilibrata e sana, prediligendo verdura e proteine magre.
  3. Mangiate frutta e verdura. La primavera offre moltissime possibilità: la frutta e la verdura, in questa stagione, sono al massimo della loro offerta! Approfittatene per fare il pieno di vitamine, fibre e sali minerali.
  4. Attività fisica. Per perdere il peso accumulato durante le feste di primavera il miglior modo è quello di mantenersi attivi; se non volete andare in palestra ricordate che anche le normali attività come camminare e fare le scale vi aiuteranno a smaltire le calorie in eccesso.
