Clean diet per depurare il corpo (prima parte)

La Clean Diet è una dieta molto seguita in America, numerose le stars che fanno ricorso a questo programma di dimagrimento che si è rivelato estremamente efficace per ritrovare la forma fisica. Concetto di base della dieta è la depurazione dell’organismo ottenuta attraverso l’assunzione di cibi e bevande che favoriscono l’elimiazione di scorie dannose per la salute del corpo. Secondo il programma americano bastano solo tre settimane per perdere peso (fino a 4 chili) e eliminare i fastidiosi gonfiori segni di un corpo non in forma.

La Clean Diet si basa sull’assunzione di molta frutta e verdure fresche anche sotto forma di frullati e di un apporto moderato di proteine. Recentemente è stata proposta una versione italiana che tiene maggiormente conto degli stili di vita del nostro paese, una dieta per così dire “all’italiana”. La versione italiana, a differenza della versione americana della dieta clean, tiene maggiormente conto dell’equilibrio allimentare grazie ad una maggiore attenzione del rapporto vitamine, proteine, fibre.

Nella Clean Diet, l’aspetto legato alla disintossicazione del corpo è dato dall’assunzione di verdure, frutta e di almeno due litri di acqua al giorno mentre per mantenere un buon tono muscolare si consiglia l’assunzione di carni e pesce magro. Tra i cibi consigliati per depurare l’organismo abbiamo carciofi, sedano, spinaci, finocchi e agrumi. Rientrano invece tra i cibi drenanti pomodori, zucchine, patate. Vi presentiamo di seguito i consigli da seguire per perdere 4 chili in tre settimane:

  • consumare 5 pasti equilibrati;
  • consumare cereali integrali (farro, riso integrale, avena, orzo) in grado di fornire energia al corpo e regolare l’intestino;
  • eliminare pane bianco, prodotti zuccherati (biscotti, brioche, ecc.);
  • eliminare alcool, bevande gasate, succhi di frutta di produzione industriale perchè contenenti troppi zuccheri;
  • utilizzare al massimo tre cucchiaini di olio extravergine di oliva al giorno per condire le pietanze;
  • bere almeno 2 litri di acqua al giorno;
  • utilizzare spezie per rendere le pietanze più saporite (curry, zenzero, cannella).

Questa dieta, correttamente seguita, fa sì che la persona consumi circa 1100 calorie al giorno e grazie ad un programma di mantenimento non riprenda i chili perduti.
