Il tennis è un alternarsi di corsa e esercizi di tonificazione. In un’ora si possono smaltire fino a 660 calorie, proprio come la scherma. Il jogging e il fitwalking, ma anche il nuoto, permettono invece di bruciare tra le 300 e le 400 calorie, dipende molto dal ritmo che si sostiene durante l’allenamento. Il trekking è forse lo sport più variabile, perché una giornata intera con le racchette può far consumare fino a 4.500 calorie. Ovviamente, non tutti sono così allenati e una passeggiata classica in montagna equivale solo a 400 calori, più o meno come un’ora in bike o di spinning.
