Come ridurre la fame e perdere chili

Gli alimenti che possono ridurre il colesterolo “cattivo” (LDL) sono soprattutto quelli ricchi di antiossidanti come i carotenoidi, la vitamina E e C, lo zinco e il selenio. Queste sostanze si trovano soprattutto in avena, fagioli secchi, olio extravergine di oliva spremuto a freddo, aglio, cipolle, mandorle e noci, carote, mele, pesce (specialmente quelli grassi come il salmone o le sardine senza olio, le ostriche e le cozze) e in particolare in tutti i cereali integrali ricchi di fibre solubili (cerca la percentuale di fibre solubili sull’etichetta).

 L’ideale è assumere i cereali grezzi (fiocchi d’avena ma anche pane di segale o riso soffiato) a colazione, con latte vegetale (di riso, soia o mandorle, ottimi anti colesterolo). L’estratto secco di foglie di carciofo (Cynara scolymus) facilita l’azione del fegato ed elimina le ultime tracce di colesterolo. Grazie alla ricca presenza di flavonoidi ha anche una funzione antiossidante. Per un azione potenziata e completa, soprattutto se hai seguito per molto tempo una dieta grassa, più associare il carciofo ai due rimedi (caigua e riso rosso fermentato) .

 

Di carciofo prendi 2 capsule al giorno ai pasti anche per 2 mesi. Se sai di aver esagerato con cibi fritti e unti (come i tipici piatti di Carnevale), per almeno 48 ore eliminali totalmente dalla tua dieta e mangia solo alimenti cotti al forno o al vapore, conditi con un filo di olio d’oliva a crudo. In questo modo, eviti che il sangue sia ulteriormente appesantito dal consumo di grassi e introduci fibre e vitamine dall’effetto depurativo. Se però non sei riuscita proprio a evitare di mangiare “grasso”, fai subito scorta di Omega 3, che aiutano a ridurre il livello di grassi dell’organismo.

 Le principali fonti vegetali di Omega 3 sono i semi di lino e l’olio che se ne ricava (quest’ultimo va bevuto a crudo e conservato in frigorifero). Nei 2 giorni successivi alla scorpacciata di cibi fritti o grassi, assumi 2 cucchiaini di olio di lino al giorno oppure un cucchiaino di olio di lino e 30 g di noci, oppure un cucchiaino di olio di lino e un cucchiaio di semi di lino. Grazie al contenuto bilanciato di acidi grassi essenziali Omega 3 e Omega 6, il macerato glicerico di Ribes nigrum è utile per regolare il metabolismo dei grassi e favorire il controllo dei livelli di trigliceridi e colesterolo. Si assume sotto forma di gocce: 40 gocce al giorno la mattina prima di colazione con un bicchiere d’acqua per 15 giorni. È anche un potente antinfiammatorio.
