Secondo i dati raccolti da Minceur Discount, il sito europeo dedicati ai prodotti dimagranti e dietetici, da poco operante anche in Italia, i maschi del Belpaese avrebbero le stesse preoccupazioni di noi donne a proposito della prova costume, temendo di apparire troppo fuori forma.
Sempre secondo le stime, sono mediamente tra i 3 e i 6 i chili che i maschi italici dovrebbero perdere per essere in forma, e per raggiungere questo obiettivo non si sottrarrebbero a dieta e ad allenamento in palestra.
Gli uomini italiani preoccupati per la prova costume sono il 69 per cento e, facendo i calcoli dei chili che devono perdere in media, si può tranquillamente affermare che durante le vacanze estive circa il 65% dei maschietti nostrani non farà una bella figura in spiaggia: con buona pace di noi donne che, durante tutto l’anno veniamo “accusate” di essere perennemente a dieta.
Dai dati raccolti da Minceur Discount è emerso che quasi un uomo su cinque ha iniziato a pensare alla prova costume subito dopo le vacanze di Natale, il 37% con l’arrivo della primavera, mentre il 26 per cento a giugno; non mancano i “preoccupati last minute”, circa il 17%, che hanno ammesso di aver iniziato a preoccuparsi alla pancia solo con l’arrivo di luglio.
Come intendono prepararsi al debutto sulle spiagge i nostri maschietti? La maggior parte dichiara di fare di praticare attività fisica con regolarità, seguiti da coloro che promettono di fare più attenzione all’alimentazione e di rinunciare all’alcool.
A questo punto arriva la resa dei conti: indovinate a chi si rivolgono gli uomini per chiedere consigli per dimagrire? Naturalmente alle donne, che siano mogli, fidanzate o amiche! Pare, infatti, che la dieta di coppia sia il miglior modo per perdere i chili di troppo: ben 8 maschi su 10 hanno dichiarato di essere riusciti a dimagrire grazie al supporto della propria compagna, ma non solo; sempre stando i dati, la dieta di coppia ha migliorato il rapporto tra i partner, anche sotto le lenzuola.
