Essenzialmente quello che viene promesso è che l’intestino funzioni meglio, che la pelle migliori e che si possano perdere fino a 3 chili in una settimana.

Il menù tipico della dieta dello yogurt è abbastanza semplice da seguire per ciò che riguarda colazione e spuntini. Per il primo pasto della giornata infatti è indicata l’assunzione di un bicchiere d’acqua a temperatura ambiente, 200 gr di yogurt magro al quale si può aggiungere un cucchiaio di crusca o cereali senza zucchero e un tè verde o caffè sempre non zuccherato.

Per ciò che concerne lo spuntino della mattina bisogna ogni giorno consumare una tazza di tè verde senza zucchero  e a merenda un frutto di stagione mentre prima di dormire ci si può concedere una tisana e tre prugne secche. I pasti principali sono caratterizzati da una presenza più imponente dello yogurt. Ecco come vengono distribuiti gli alimenti:

  • Giorno 1:  a pranzo sono previsti 200 gr di merluzzo al vapore con un piatto di carote e finocchi (crudi o cotti, è indifferente). A cena bisogna consumare 300 gr di yogurt magro con una macedonia di frutta di stagione.
  • Giorno 2: il pranzo prevede 300 gr di yogurt magro al naturale, 200 gr di insalata verde con aggiunta di cetrioli e ravanelli. A cena un minestrone di verdure, 300 gr di yogurt magro e due gherigli di noce.
  • Giorno 3: pranzo con 50 gr di riso integrale in insalata con una scatoletta di tonno (al naturale), 200 gr di pomodori in insalata. A cena 300 gr di yogurt magro al naturale e due frutti di stagione.
  • Giorno 4:  a pranzo sono previsti 50 gr di riso integrale con asparagi cotti al vapore e 200 gr di insalata verde. A cena 300 gr di yogurt magro e una macedonia con agrumi e kiwi.
  • Giorno 5: pranzo con 150 gr di salmone alla griglia condito con succo di limone e prezzemolo e 200 gr di cavolfiore cotto al vapore. A cena 300 gr di yogurt magro con 150 gr di frutti di bosco e un cucchiaio di cornflakes non zuccherati.
