La promessa di 5 chili in meno in una settimana rende la dieta ipocalorica estiva la potenziale migliore amica di chiunque voglia dimagrire, magari soffrendo un poco, ma perdendo molto in poco tempo. Va da se che si tratta di un regime alimentare molto restrittivo che non risulterà alla fine equilibrato abbastanza da non tenere in considerazione di doverlo sfruttare con attenzione e dopo essersi consultati con il proprio medico. Essa non è assolutamente adatta alle donne in gravidanza ed alle persone che soffrono di patologie croniche.

La dieta ipocalorica estiva deve la sua capacità di far perdere peso in fretta nell’apporto molto basso di calorie: quelle giornaliere previste sono infatti circa 1000. La colazione tipica prevede un bicchiere di latte parzialmente scremato accompagnato da due fette biscottate con un “velo” di marmellata:  e se per ciò che riguarda lo spuntino si può consumare della frutta fresca a piacere a pranzo è prevista una porzione di riso con verdure e insalata mista. La merenda consta in due fette di ananas o di anguria mentre a cena è consigliato il consumo di verdure alla griglia con un’insalata di pomodoro con cipolla e capperi e una macedonia di frutta di stagione.

Il pranzo e la cena sono i pasti che possono essere modificati nel corso della settimana e possono prevedere due volte alla settimana 120g di carne (pollo o vitello), per altrettante volte 150 g di pesce (meglio merluzzo, sogliola, nasello o trota). Ci si può poi concedere una volta a settimana 75 g di affettato (bresaola o prosciutto crudo) ed una volta a settimana anche del formaggio: 80g  di ricotta, 50g  di mozzarella e una volta a settimana due uova. E’ importantissimo bere nel corso della giornata almeno 2 litri di acqua al giorno.

E’ necessario chiedere il parere del proprio medico prima di affidarsi ad un regime alimentare così restrittivo: sebbene la durata dello stesso consti in solo una settimana il deficit calorico è così importante che diventa necessario verificare che il seguirlo non apporti danni all’organismo.
