Dieta preparare pelle estate

Per preparare la pelle all’estate e alla fantomatica prova costume bisogna adottare una visione da “stratega”. In questi casi, come sempre, chi gioca d’anticipo, vince. La parola d’ordine è depurare l’organismo. Eliminare le tossine accumulate durante l’inverno, infatti, migliora la pelle e anche la forma fisica ne gioverà. Vediamo insieme cosa fare per affrontare al meglio l’arrivo della bella stagione.

Come preparare la pelle all’estate

Per avere un incarnato radioso e combattere la pelle a buccia d’arancia è fondamentale seguire una dieta ricca di frutta e verdura, bere molta acqua (almeno 2 litri al giorno) e prediligere le cotture leggere, come la cottura alla griglia o meglio ancora la cottura a vapore, che consente di evitare i condimenti e mantiene inalterato il sapore dei cibi in quanto cuociono con il calore dell’acqua in ebollizione. Da evitare, invece, i fritti. I dolci non sono in assoluto da bandire, anche perché ne esistono svariati in versione light, ma è bene comunque non esagerare per evitare il ristagno dei liquidi nei tessuti.

In sostituzione dell’acqua (naturale), la prima grande alleata della pelle, poiché ha un effetto idratante, ma anche depurante, si possono bere delle tisane drenanti (es. a base di bardana e orthosiphon o di ortica e betulla). Ottime anche quelle per stimolare il microcircolo (es. tisane a base di centella asiatica, mirtillo e rusco). Come certamente saprete, la cellulite va a braccetto con la cattiva circolazione sanguigna. Naturalmente, non vanno zuccherate. La verdura e la frutta svolgono un ruolo fondamentale in questo processo di preparazione della pelle all’estate. Via libera a carciofi, finocchi, asparagi, pomodori, peperoni, broccoli, cavolfiori, cetrioli, lattuga, radicchio e cicoria. Le patate vanno bene, ma è preferibile consumarle in sostituzione della pasta e del pane. Fragole, kiwi, lamponi e ananas hanno spiccate proprietà diuretiche, mentre melone, anguria, pesche, albicocche favoriscono il ricambio idrico. Arance, mandarini, pompelmi e limoni sono alleati perfetti contro la cellulite.

Per quanto riguarda la carne, è preferibile scegliere quella bianca, più magra e salutare rispetto a quella rossa. Nessuna restrizione o quasi, per il pesce. In linea di massima vanno bene tutti, quelli più grassi come il salmone o le aringhe vanno consumati con moderazione, scegliendo cotture light. Per quanto riguarda i formaggi, invece, semaforo verde a quelli magri, ma da consumarsi non più di 2-3 volte a settimana. Semaforo rosso per salumi, insaccati e formaggi stagionati. È chiaro che ogni tanto uno strappo alla regola è concessa, come dico spesso i regimi dietetici punitivi raramente portano buoni frutti. Questi alimenti, infatti, sono particolarmente ricchi di sodio e come certamente saprete, il sale è il nemico numero 1 della pelle, in quanto favorisce la ritenzione idrica.

Dieta per l’estate: menù tipo

  • Colazione: 200 ml di latte parz. scremato con 5 fette biscottate e un velo di marmellata (a scelta) o 4 biscotti secchi all’avena e 150 g di macedonia di frutta di stagione o 1 vasetto di yogurt magro bianco, 1 mela e max 4 biscotti secchi.
  • Spuntino: 150 g di mirtilli (o frutti di bosco) o 1 bicchiere da 150 ml di succo di ananas (senza zuccheri aggiunti).
  • Pranzo: 80 g di riso con zucchine saltate in padella (con un filo d’olio e cipolla tritata) e insalata mista o 1 piatto di legumi con il riso, insalata e 1 frutto.
  • Merenda: 1 mela o 1 spremuta di pompelmo (150 ml) o 1 vasetto di yogurt magro bianco.
  • Cena: 120 g di carne di maiale magro alla piastra, verdure miste alla griglia (zucchine, melanzane e peperoni), 1 panino di soia da 50 g e 1 mela. Concludere con una tisana di tarassaco. Questa pianta, infatti, è nota per le sue proprietà depurative. Lasciate in infusione ½ cucchiaio di foglie secche in 1 tazza di acqua bollente. Filtrate e bevete.
