Per seguire la dieta depurativa dell’uva ed eliminare le tossine dal corpo si inizia con un fine settimana di dieta semi-liquida. Con questa dieta si perdono fino a 2 chili a settimana e il corpo si depura liberandosi dalle tossine e dai liquidi in eccesso, con ottime ricadute anche sulla ritenzione idrica. Vediamo nello specifico come procedere.

I due giorni da dedicare alla depurazione saranno sabato e domenica, giorni in cui più facilmente ci si può dedicare al relax. Per una volta, quindi, una dieta che non comincia di lunedì. In questi due giorni assumerete tre pasti principali a base di verdure (e uva) e uno spuntino a cadenza oraria con tè verde e centrifugato. L’uva è l’alimento cardine, si arriva a consumarne 1 kg al giorno in totale, tra chicchi e succo.

Le proteine animali sono vietate, ammesse invece quelle contenute in yogurt e soia. In questi giorni il conteggio calorico giornaliero si ferma a 900 calorie. Dal lunedì al venerdì, invece, seguirete una dieta dissociata ipocalorica classica da circa 1300 calorie al giorno. I pasti principali sono sempre accompagnati da una porzione di uva che cresce progressivamente, dai 200 grammi del lunedì fino ad un 1 kg il venerdì.
