E’ possibile rimanere in forma senza sforzo, a patto che si seguano alcuni consigli in grado di poter assicurare all’organismo uno stile di vita corretto e corredato da un regime alimentare adeguato alla propria quotidianità.

Assumere tutti i nutrienti in modo equilibrato

La prima cosa da fare è quella di seguire una dieta che sia completa e che assicuri tutti i nutrienti necessari in base alle proprie esigenze. Proteine, grassi, carboidrati, minerali, vitamine, fibre e acqua sono irrinunciabili: insieme al proprio medico è possibile calibrarle in modo adeguato.  Entrando più nello specifico, è importante che ogni elemento sia assimilato per quelle che sono le reali esigenze della persona: prendendo ad esempio le proteine, è normale che un bodybuilder ne consumerà in proporzione di più di un ragazzo.

E’ poi importante fare attenzione a quelle che sono definite le quattro P: patate, pane, pasta e pizza. A qualsiasi età è importante far sì che l’apporto di carboidrati sia equilibrato. Un trucchetto per tutti è quello di sostituire magari parte di questi prodotti con 100 grammi in più di verdura e o legumi. L’effetto saziante sarà maggiore, l’energia crescerà e sarà più semplice perdere peso senza troppo sforzo.

Anche i grassi devono trovare il loro posto nella nostra alimentazione, ma bisogna preferire quelli buoni: motivo per il quale il consiglio è quello di consumare il meno possibile i grassi saturi, idrogenati e trans presenti in creme, formaggi, burro, salse, merendine e prodotti da forno mentre favorire il consumo di olio extravergine di oliva, salmone, sardine e frutta secca.

Limitare sale e zucchero

Rimanere in forma significa anche limitare le quantità di sale e zucchero inserite nella dieta: ci si può concedere però un dolce ogni tanto, magari un pezzetto di cioccolato fondente o di gelato alla frutta.Ed è importante comprendere che per perdere peso non sempre è necessario mangiare meno ma è quasi sempre obbligatorio mangiare meglio, favorendo un maggiore consumo di frutta e verdura, possibilmente cercando di mangiare nell’arco delle dodici ore: in poche parole se si completa la propria colazione alle 8 è consigliato cenare alle 20 per evitare un maggior rischio di disturbi metabolici e sovrappeso.

E’ basilare inoltre combattere la sedentarietà, camminando o praticando sport per almeno un’ora al giorno in modo tale da favorire il metabolismo e dare modo all’organismo di bruciare qualche caloria in più. Insomma, seguendo questi consigli, rimanere in forma non sarà poi così difficile, sia per i bambini che per gli adulti. In caso si voglia seguire un vera e propria dieta è consigliato chiedere un consulto medico.
