Artrite, un aiuto dall’alimentazione

L’artrite è un’infiammazione articolare che provoca dolori, gonfiori e rigidità degli arti, ma anche l’alimentazione può essere un’alleata preziosa. Ecco, infatti, una ricetta originale, che mette insieme 2 sapori molto diversi, l’avocado con le aringhe e che aiuta a prevenire la comparsa dell’artrite reumatoide.

L’avocado con le aringhe è un piatto particolarmente salutare. L’avocado, infatti, è un frutto molto ricco di proteine, fibre e vitamine A, B1, B2, B6, D, E, K, PP, e possiede buone proprietà antinfiammatorie. L’avocado, inoltre, è una miniera di sali minerali, in particolar modo di potassio, che è pari alla quantità contenuta in 3 banane. In misura minore sono presenti fosforo, magnesio e calcio.

Questo frutto tropicale è ricco di acido grasso linoleico e di omega 3, definiti anche come i grassi “buoni”, che aiutano ad abbassare il colesterolo nel sangue. Inoltre, essendo ricco di antiossidanti, contribuisce a combattere i radicali liberi e rallentare l’invecchiamento.

L’aringa, dal canto suo, non è certo da meno quanto a benefici. Si tratta, infatti, di un pesce di mare ricco di preziosi sali minerali come potassio, calcio e fosforo, non manca la vitamina A e oltre ad avere pochi grassi, ha un buon tenore di proteine. Come tutti i pesci grassi, l’aringa è fonte di omega 3, alleati per il cuore, ma anche contro i disturbi reumatici e le patologie infiammatorie.

Ingredienti

  • 1 avocado
  • 200 g di yogurt magro
  • 10 olive verdi al peperoncino
  • 2 aringhe marinate
  • 1 limone
  • sale marino integrale
  • pepe nero

Preparazione

Tagliate l’avocado a metà orizzontalmente, scavatene la polpa, tagliatela a dadini e spruzzateli con poco succo di limone affinchè non anneriscano. In una terrina, raccogliete i dadini di avocado, lo yogurt, le olive a fettine e le aringhe marinate a tochetti.

Mescolate delicatamente il tutto con il cucchiaio di legno, quindi farcite le due metà dell’avocado con questo composto. Decorate con qualche fettina di limone e servite subito in tavola.
