Le diete proteiche o iperproteiche sono quelle che, in questo periodo stanno andando per la maggiore; sulla scia di quelle famose e consigliate dai personaggi dello star system, come la Dukan, tanto per citarne una, le diete che consigliano un’alimentazione a base di proteine sono tra le più seguite per perdere peso velocemente. Per dimagrire, però, non basta l’alimentazione, è necessario fare anche un po’ di attività fisica, scopriamo quindi, qual è quella più appropriata per chi segue una dieta proteica.

Le diete proteiche raccomandano di fare attività fisica in abbinamento al piano alimentare proposto: del resto ormai è risaputo che pratica esercizio fisico regolarmente mette al riparo dal rischio di gravi malattie come quelle cardiovascolari o come il diabete, oltre a migliorare anche lo stato psichico. Per attività fisica non si intende chissà quale sport o allenamento: basta anche una semplice camminata purché praticata con costanza.

La camminata a passo veloce è una delle attività fisiche più raccomandate per chi segue una dieta proteica; basta camminare per almeno 30 minuti al giorni per assicurarsi i benefici di questo semplice esercizio, al quale si possono abbinare altri movimenti come salire le scale anziché prendere l’ascensore, fare un po’ di stretching e spostarsi a piedi quando non è indispensabile l’uso dell’auto o de mezzi pubblici.

In alternativa c’è il Nordic Walking, ossia la camminata da effettuarsi con l’ausilio di appositi bastoncini; questa disciplina permette di bruciare fino al 50 per cento di calorie in più rispetto alla semplice camminata, migliora la postura, l’equilibrio e le funzioni circolatorie,

Infine, uno sport adatto a chi segue una dieta proteica, ma in realtà consigliato a tutti, è il nuoto; può essere praticato da tutti e a qualsiasi età, favorisce la salute, la longevità e il benessere psico-fisico. Dato che il peso del corpo è sostenuto dall’acqua, le articolazioni sono sottoposte a meno pressioni e, per questo, il nuoto è particolarmente indicato a chi ha problemi di sovrappeso e, quindi, ha difficoltà a praticare altri sport, e a chi soffre di dolori articolari e alla schiena.
