- 500g di fagiolini
- 8 pomodorini
- uno spicchio d’aglio
- 2 cucchiai di salsa di pomodoro
- mezzo cucchiaino di semi di cumino
- olio
- sale
Preparazione
Spuntare i fagiolini e lavarli. Bollirli per una decina di minuti. In un tegame rosolare l’aglio con dell’olio d’oliva; aggiungere i pomodorini a pezzetti e due cucchiai di salsa di pomodoro.n Cuocere per circa tre minuti. Aggiungere i fagiolini cotti in precedenza, i semi di cumino ed il sale. Lasciare insaporire per un paio di minuti e servire.
