Il piatto unico: un’idea per la dieta

Se siamo alla ricerca di una dieta maneggevole ed adattabile anche a chi lavora fuori casa, si tratti di uomini o donne, allora ecco la dieta che fa per voi: la dieta del piatto unico la risposta utile a chi mangia spesso nelle trattorie o nei bar.
La cucina italiana infatti é costellata da piatti regionali quali le tagliatelle al ragù, la pasta con i fagioli, i cannelloni alle verdure e quant’altro e allora quando si inizia una dieta bisogna necessariamente dire addio a questi piatti?
In realtà non é del tutto necessario, grazie infatti alla dieta del piatto unico potete gustare – una sola volta al giorno – un piatto unico: ovvero un piatto in cui sono presenti nelle corrette proporzioni tutti i principali nutrienti di un pasto equilibrato -carboidrati, proteine, fibre, grassi . Naturalmente perché la dieta sia efficace é necessario che la ricetta sia preparata senza esagerare con le quantità ed i condimenti e accompagnarla solo con della frutta.

Tentiamo di chiarirci un pochino, un piatto unico completo é quello che sostituisce un pasto intero quindi primo, secondo, contorno. Pertanto deve essere preparato con pasta, riso oppure cereali se preferiamo, poi bisogna aggiungere delle proteine (uova, pesce, carne o legumi), poi delle verdure e del condimento. Ma lo scopo della dieta é dimagrire per cui dovremmo calibrare gli ingredienti dei nostri piatti, per esempio abbondando con le verdure che hanno pochissime calorie e sono ricche di fibre e potassio e scarseggiando con i condimenti.

Se tutto questo sembra fattibile quando siamo in casa il dilemma ci si presenta quando siamo invece fuori, allora ecco alcuni semplici consigli: scegliete, per quanto vi é possibile, primi piatti come le insalate di pasta, oppure anche della pasta al pomodoro con abbondante grana, o della pizza con le verdure o dell’insalata di riso o anche delle ottime minestre che essendo fatte con i legumi hanno anche  un elevato contenuto proteico. Oppure, se proprio non rinunciate al pane optate per un secondo ai ferri, verdure ed 1 fetta di pane.
