Pesche, calorie e valori nutrizionali del frutto dell’estate

Le pesche sono uno dei frutti dell’estate più buoni e delicati. È un alimento perfetto per fare il pieno di vitamina A e C, di fibre, ma anche di ferro e di potassio. Inoltre sono ipocaloriche perché contengono soprattutto acqua, per questo motivo sono considerate ideali per merenda e come ingrediente principe delle diete dimagranti.

 

Sono inoltre prive di colesterolo e sono ricche di fibre, soprattutto di una pectina, una fibra solubile che aiuta la regolarizzazione delle funzioni intestinali. Inoltre, è leggermente lassativa, diuretica e dissetante, per questo motivo favorisce la digestione e stimola l’appetito. Il frutto è estremamente salutare, mentre il nocciolo contiene una sostanza potenzialmente nociva, l’acido prussico.

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed.
