La dieta detox dell’estate 2017 di Nicola Sorrentino

L’estate è arrivata, le vancanze si avvicinano e anche la prova costume. Ritrovare la forma fisica non deve mai essere un obiettivo dell’ultimo minuto ma è possibile attuare qualche accorgimento per arrivare in forma all’appuntamento con le vacanze senza perdere nè il sorriso nè l’energia. I consigli ce li dà Nicola Sorrentino, nutrizionista e dietologo dei vip, che propone un decalogo detox di 4 settimane con 5 pasti bilanciati distribuiti lungo tutta la giornata.

Ecco le 10 regole messe a punto dal nutrizionista per accelerare l’effetto detox:

1) BERE TANTA ACQUA
L’acqua è alimento dietetico per eccellenza e può aiutare a disintossicarsi. Inoltre l’acqua accelera gli effetti di una dieta ipocalorica e fa dimagrirein modo più rapidomitigando il senso fame. E poi quando si beve si eliminano scorie e tossine grazie alla sua funzione drenante.

2) DIFFIDARE DELLE DIETE MIRACOLOSE
Niente miracoli, niente risultati immediati. Una dieta corretta agisce lentamente e non priva di nessun alimento.

3) NON RINUNCIARE ALL’ATTIVITA’ FISICA
Anche se c’è caldo, se alla dieta aggiungiamo anche l’attività fisica raggiungeremo prima i nostri obiettivi e staremo meglio.

4) TANTE VERDURE E CARBOIDRATI E PIU’ CIBI INTEGRALI
Nella dieta detox di Sorrentino è previsto il largo consumo di frutta e verdura, pasta, pane, legumi, variando sempre il più possibile gli alimenti e preferendo i cereali integrali.

5) PASTA? SI PUO’
Per mangiarla senza ingrassare è sufficiente condirla con semplicità, sughi leggeri o a base di verdure.

6) POCHE PROTEINE DI ORIGINE ANIMALE
Carne e pollo è meglio ridurli. Il pesce va benissimo così come lo yogurt e il parmigiano. Niente frittura.

7)LA BRESAOLA
Sorrentino promuove la Bresaola come alimento salva-dieta: ha pochi grassi e calorie, perché è gustosa come tutti i salumi, ma è molto più leggera e digeribile.

8) LA FRUTTA SECCA PER LO SPUNTINO TRA I PASTI
Come spuntino di metà mattina o merenda, l’ideale è la frutta secca (10 mandorle, oppure 3 noci o 15 pistacchi), perché ci permette di arrivare ai pasti principali con meno fame.

9) ATTENERSI ALLE DOSI PRESCRITTE

Mai superare le dosi indicate. Ad esempio per la pasta si va da 140 a 180 grammi al massimo per 2 persone. Se si fame si possono mangiare più verdure. Mai aumentare i condimenti: il massimo concesso sono 2 cucchiaini di olio extravergine d’oliva a pasto.

10) NON CHIEDERE TROPPO A SE STESSI E EVITARE SOLUZIONI FAI DA TE
Sorrentino raccomanda di non affrontare mai una dieta fai da te. E’il medico che deve decdere se il nostro stato di salute ci consente di affrontare un’alimentazione ipocalorica, e sarà lui a stabilire quali alimenti è necessario privilegiare.
