Dimagrire dopo le feste

Dopo le abbuffate delle feste e la notte “brava” di Capodanno, l’organismo è inevitabilmente provato da tanti eccessi e necessita di smaltire scorie e tossine; per farlo non è necessario intraprendere un regime alimentare lungo e drastico, basta una giornata che aiuti l’organismo a riequilibrarsi, magari smaltendo tutte le eccedenze dei giorni passati.

A questo serve la dieta digestiva da un giorno che vi proponiamo oggi, un menù dissociato da 700 calorie al giorno che predilige il consumo di verdure amare come il radicchio, un vegetale con poche calorie ricco di vitamine, flavonoidi, fibre e minerali. Il radicchio possiede ottime proprietà digestive, perché il suo sapore amaro stimola le funzioni del fegato e dell’intestino; anche il finocchio e la carota sono buoni digestivi e quindi possono essere consumati tranquillamente.

La dieta riduce molto la quantità del condimento: basta un cucchiaio al giorno di olio extravergine d’oliva. Questo regime alimentare ricorre alle proprietà benefiche delle erbe mediche soprattutto quelle rilassanti, come la melissa e il biancospino che servono a contrastare lo stress psicofisico, oppure come la liquirizia, una pianta medicinale dalle proprietà digestive e stimolanti, e come il melitolo che serve a contrastare gonfiore e ritenzione idrica, da consumare sotto forma di tisana.

Menù della dieta digestiva

Appena svegli: una tazza di acqua oligominerale bollita
Colazione: una tazza di tè verde o di orzo con un cucchiaino di fruttosio, una coppetta di macedonia con kiwi e mela condita con succo di limone
Spuntino: una tazza di tisana con fiori di melitolo e radice di liquirizia
Pranzo: insalata mista con radicchio, trevisana, finocchio, sedano e carota julienne condita con poco sale e due cucchiaini di olio, due uova alla coque
Merenda: una tazza di tisana con foglie di bardana e fiori di melitolo
Cena: minestra di porri e zucchine con farro, 150 g. di carpaccio di ananas
Dopo cena: una tazza di tisana con foglie di melissa e foglie e fiori di biancospino.
