Disintossicarsi dopo le feste

Passato il natale vi sentite stanchi e gonfi? Forse qualche giorno di sano regime dietetico depurativo potrà giovarvi permettendovi di mettere a riposo fegato, reni e intestino, duramente provati dallo stress cui li abbiamo sottoposti con cenoni e pranzi e anche tenuto conto della nuova ondata di abbuffate che ci attende in occasione dei festeggiamenti per il nuovo anno.

Per questo motivo oggi vi parliamo di una particolare pratica che va sotto il nome di “dieta della luna” e consiste, più che in una dieta nel senso comune del termine, nell’osservare un’astensione dai cibi solidi per un periodo variabile da uno a tre giorni, “nutrendosi” nel frattempo esclusivamente di liquidi.

La dieta della luna si basa sul principio che se la luna è in grado di regolare il flusso delle maree grazie al mutamento della forza di attrazione esercitata sulle acque, allo stesso modo può influenzare l’equilibrio idrico dell’organismo; il periodo di digiuno comincia quindi in corrispondenza di una nuova fase lunare, ritenuta il momento ideale per purificare l’organismo e drenare i liquidi in eccesso.

Chi intende mettersi alla prova con la dieta della luna può scegliere qualunque fase lunare (primo quarto, luna piena, ultimo quarto, luna nuova) per cominciare, a patto di dare inizio alla dieta liquida in corrispondenza dell’ora in cui la fase ha inizio; la dieta della luna però va osservata solo quando c’è una reale necessità di depurarsi e non più di una volta al mese, sempre stando ben attenti a non mettere a repentaglio la propria salute.

Quanto ai liquidi che è possibile consumare, naturalmente il primo posto spetta all’acqua, ma anche tè e tisane, succhi di frutta e frullati possono benissimo fungere allo scopo.
