La dieta della luna 2011

Le fasi della luna sono in grado di regolare il flusso delle maree grazie al cambiamento della forza di attrazione esercitata sulle acque; analogamente si ritiene che le fasi lunari possano influire sulla regolazione dell’equilibro idrico dell’organismo.

La dieta della luna si basa su questo principio e propone un breve regime dietetico a base di liquidi per disintossicare l’organismo; durante il giorno di dieta sono vietati i cibi solidi, in modo da far riposare l’apparato digerente ed aiutare fegato, reni e intestino a smaltire le tossine.

Proprio perché si basa sulle fasi della luna, questa dieta deve essere seguita in base ai ritmi della luna e, quindi, consultando il calendario; la dieta va intrapresa all’inizio di una nuova fase lunare, non assumendo cibo solido per 24 ore. L’inizio del giorno di dieta deve avvenire in coincidenza con l’ora di cambio lunare; si può scegliere una qualsiasi fase lunare, ad es. primo quarto, luna piena, luna nuova o ultimo quarto, ma la dieta va fatta solo una volta al mese e non ad ogni cambio di fase lunare.

Con la dieta della luna si possono perdere fino a due chili anche se dura solo un giorno, perché il programma prevede solo liquidi che aiutano l’organismo ad espellere scorie e tossine, e ad eliminare i gonfiori. Durante il giorno di dieta si possono svolgere tutte le normali attività quotidiane, ma visto che prevede l’astensione completa dei cibi solidi, sarebbe meglio farla coincidere con un giorno di riposo.

Oltre ai liquidi indicati nel programma, bisogna bere durante l’arco della giornata almeno un litro e mezzo di acqua oppure di altri liquidi, come succhi freschi di frutta senza zucchero o centrifugati di verdure.

Programma della dieta della luna

Appena alzati: un bicchiere d’acqua temperatura ambiente con l’aggiunta del succo di mezzo limone
Metà mattina: una spremuta non zuccherata di due pompelmi
Pranzo: una tazza grande di tisana depurativa a scelta
Metà pomeriggio: una tazza di tisana a scelta
Cena: una spremuta non zuccherata fatta con un limone e un’arancia
Prima di andare a letto: una tazza di tisana a scelta.
