Perchè è difficile stare a dieta?

Secondo un’indagine condotta dalla Coldiretti, 4 italiani su 10 hanno un rapporto di frustrazione con il cibo, soprattutto per il fatto che non riescono a mettersi o a mantenersi a dieta nonostante tutti buoni propositi. Secondo gli esperti, portare a termine una dieta è come un viaggio che ha come meta se stessi, quindi per intraprenderla bisogna fare chiarezza all’interno delle proprie emozioni, insomma: un viaggio interiore è il primo passo per dire addio ai chili di troppo.

Perdere peso non è impossibile, e il percorso che porta a questo serve a migliorare la propria autostima e comprendere meglio il rapporto con il cibo. Innanzi tutto occorre sfatare qualche mito: dimagrire dipende soltanto da se stessi, non esistono diete o prodotti miracolosi e non basta solo mangiare cibi light per dimagrire.

Affinché il percorso verso il dimagrimento porti a qualche risultato bisogna rispondere sinceramente a due domande fondamentali: “Che cosa si mangia?” e “Che cosa si cerca nel cibo?”. Smettete di scegliere i cibi in base al gusto perché esso vi porterebbe solo verso alimenti buoni ma “pericolosi” per la linea, quindi emancipatevi dal potere del palato e provate a scegliere i cibi anche con gli altri sensi.

Per smaltire i chili di troppo dovete cambiare, oltre che alimentazione, anche il proprio stile di vita, imparando soprattutto a volersi bene, eliminare i sensi di colpa inutili, dedicarsi alle proprie passioni e smettere di reprimere le proprie emozioni; non è affatto facile, ma così la dieta acquisterà anche un valore emotivo e non solo un mero e freddo calcolo delle calorie.

Durante la dieta evitate di pesarvi in modo compulsivo e seguite la dieta senza pensarci: affidate la compilazione del regime alimentare ad un professionista e non affidatevi i al fai da te che, oltre ad essere poco efficace, può essere anche pericoloso.

Essere vittime dello stress
No alla pigrizia
Mangiare la sera o di notte
Mangiare sempre le stesse cose
Consumare troppi grassi o carboidrati senza fare attività fisica
