Dieta perfetta? Ecco quella di Harvard

Esiste una dieta perfetta? Diciamo di sì, se questa contiene determinati cibi che possano lavorare a più livelli sul nostro organismo. Almeno questo è ciò che si evince da ciò promosso da alcuni esperti di Harvard.

La dieta perfetta è quella che non causa danni

La dieta perfetta è quella che si prende cura del nostro corpo e non causa danni. Dobbiamo imparare a inserire all’interno della nostra alimentazione tutto ciò che possa apportare benefici. E sostenerci al meglio nel corso delle nostre attività quotidiane.

Alcuni docenti in scienze della nutrizione ad Harvard hanno consigliato il consumo di specifici alimenti che possiamo ritenere sia sani che nutrienti. Cibi che non portano conseguenze negative, malattie, disturbi psicofisici.

Il primo alimento che dovrebbe far parte di un’ideale dieta perfetta sono le verdure a foglia verde. Questo perché sono ricche di vitamina C, Vitamina A, potassio, calcio e ferro. Parliamo di una verdura ottimale per il funzionamento del nostro sistema nervoso. Sempre per mantenere il nostro cervello attivo possiamo consumare in buone dosi i legumi.

Il magnesio e il ferro nonché l’alto contenuto di fibre fanno dei legumi un alimento importante anche per quel che concerne la lotta all’invecchiamento cellulare e la preservazione del sistema immunitario.

Bacche e pesce per stare bene

All’interno di un’ipotetica dieta perfetta possiamo inserire anche le bacche. Noi di solito tendiamo a consumare principalmente i frutti di bosco in tal senso. Ma più in generale le bacche commestibili sono molto ricche di nutrienti e vitamine che ci possono aiutare rafforzare il sistema immunitario. In particolare i mirtilli rappresentano quell’alimento immancabile che non dovrebbe mai mancare sulle nostre tavole.

Se pensiamo al colesterolo, all’interno della nostra dieta ideale perfetta, secondo gli scienziati di Harvard, vi sarebbero il pesce come il salmone e il tonno e le carni bianche contenenti proteine magre. La migliore scelta, secondo i nutrizionisti americani, sarebbe quella di consumare il salmone unito ai crostacei: questi due cibi contengono importanti dosi di vitamina B e aiutano a mantenere sano l’apparato cardiocircolatorio

Anche noci e semi con il loro contenuto di omega 3 si prendono cura dell’organismo con il semplice consumo. Ovviamente, una reale dieta perfetta non esiste. I consigli di nutrizione dei nutrizionisti di Harvard però si avvicinano comunque molto più di altri alla conduzione di uno stile di vita corretto dal punto di vista alimentare.
