Dieta Lemme, è pericolosa?

Alberico Lemme, farmacista, è l’ormai noto autore della “filosofia alimentare” che avrebbe fatto perdere 17 chili a vip come Flavio Briatore in poco più di un mese. Nota anche come la dieta degli “spaghetti a colazione”, proprio perché propone di mangiare grandi quantità di pasta come primo pasto della giornata, la dieta Lemme è ultimamente anche al centro del dibattito in tv tra sostenitori e assoluti oppositori.

Ma la dieta Lemme fa veramente male? Per rispondere a questa domanda abbiamo cercato di analizzare le sue regole. Di buono la dieta Lemme ha di sicuro l’obbligo di rispettare determinate fasce orarie per consumare i pasti. Questa infatti è un’ottima abitudine perché il nostro corpo ad esempio è più disposto ad assimilare meglio i carboidrati durante le prime ore della giornata e molto meno la sera.

Su altri aspetti della dieta invece bisogna essere molto più attenti. Ad esempio il dottor Lemme suggerisce la totale rinuncia al sale, che però – sebbene andrebbe regolato nella nostra alimentazione – non può essere del tutto eliminato perché si corre il rischio di avere capogiri, debolezza e cali di pressione.

Un’alimentazione in cui si possono mangiare quantità illimitate di pasta a colazione e di carne a pranzo è rischiosa anche perché non educa al corretto rapporto con il cibo, un rapporto che implica anche la scelta di alimenti variegati, come carboidrati, proteine verdure e frutta, senza rinunciare a niente. Infine la dieta Lemme propone un dimagrimento troppo veloce per non essere pericoloso. Una dieta salutare deve permettere di perdere al massimo 4 chili al mese o poco più. Perdere molto peso in poco tempo può significare fare un danno irreparabile al nostro corpo che perde sia la massa grassa che i tessuti nobili della massa magra.
