Il Giappone è il Paese con il record di centenari. L’alimentazione e lo stile di vita sembrano essere il segreto per una vita lunga e soprattutto in salute. Per dimagrire, nel paese del Sol Levante è stata studiata una dieta che sfrutta le banane, importanti per l’alto contenuto vitaminico.

  • Favoriscono la digestione favorendo lo smaltimento dei metalli pesanti
  • hanno un alto contenuto di fibre per aiutare o regolarizzare il funzionamento dell’intestino
  • Favoriscono la proliferazione di batteri amici dell’intestino
  • Sono un naturale antiacido
  • Aiutano a contrastare l’ulcera grazie alla sua composizione che nello stomaco va a “rivestirne” le pareti
  • Stabilizzano gli zuccheri nel sangue riducendone gli scompensi mattutini

Quali sono le regole da seguire?

  • Bisogna mangiare una o due banane a colazione, subito appena svegli.
  • Poi bere subito un bicchiere d’acqua a temperatura ambiente
  • Bisogna fare pasti a orari regolari
  • Cenare presto, non più tardi delle 20, per dare tempo al corpo di digerire.
  • Eliminare i dolci dai pasti
  • Non fare spuntini e merende durante la giornata
  • Non bere alcolici. Solo acqua e nella quantità che più si preferisce.
  • Dopo i pasti si deve essere soddisfatti, ma mai completamente sazie.

Sembra molto facile e sicuramente rompe lo schema occidentale dei 5 pasti al giorno. Secondo gli esperti giapponesi con questo regime si possono perdere anche due o tre chili a settimana. Ricordiamo però che non è adatta a tutti, soprattutto se soffrite di disturbi metabolici o di diabete. Conviene quindi consultare il proprio medico
