Il successo della dieta Dukan non accenna a diminuire anche grazie al suo ideatore Pierre Dukan che periodicamente pensa a “rinverdire” la sua dieta. A soli 5 mesi dall’uscita del suo ultimo libro è già nelle librerie un nuovo volume: si intitola “La Dieta Dukan dei 7 giorni” nel quale presenta un nuovo metodo dimagrante basato sulla scala nutrizionale.
Edito da Sperling & Kupfer, il nuovo libro di Pierre Dukan “La Dieta Dukan dei 7 giorni” presenta un nuovo modo per dimagrire con il quale si possono perdere intorno ai 700/800 grammi alla settimana.
Nel nuovo metodo è previsto un’unica fase di dieta da seguire in cicli di 7 giorni fino al raggiungimento del peso desiderato; la dieta Dukan dei 7 giorni è pensata per chi deve perdere fino a un massimo di 15 chili.
Rispetto alla dieta Dukan classica, in questo nuovo metodo, sono previsti molti più alimenti che verranno introdotti nell’alimentazione grazie alla cosiddetta scala nutrizionale: giorno dopo giorno si aggiungono una categoria di alimenti e una volta arrivati al settimo giorno di dieta bisogna ricominciare da capo. In questo modo, alimenti come pane, pasta, frutta e dolci, possono essere consumati già al terzo giorni di dieta e non nella fase di consolidamento e di stabilizzazione come nella dieta Dukan originaria.
C’è da scommettere che questo nuovo libro di Pierre Dukan sarà un best seller e la dieta Dukan dei 7 giorni un vero e proprio successo planetario.
