La dieta dei tre giorni

Ridurre il giro vita, asciugare glutei e cosce, eliminare una taglia e perdere due chili in sole 72 ore si può? Pare proprio di sì, con la dieta dei tre giorni che promette di riacquistare la silhouette in poco tempo. Se poi volete depurare a fondo l’organismo potete continuare con  una settimana di mantenimento che promette un ulteriore dimagrimento. Tranquille, non aspettatevi un regime dietetico da una manciata di calorie al giorno: nei tre giorni di dieta dovrete assumere circa 1.000-1.100 calorie che non sono tante ma neanche poche come di solito lo sono nei regimi detox.

La dieta dei tre giorni è a base di cibi proteici, e non prevede il consumo di zucchero, pasta, cereali, legumi e patate: l’unico carboidrato ammesso è il pane e comunque integrale e da assumere al mattino durante la prima colazione.

Al contrario, via libera alle verdure, mentre semaforo rosso per la frutta, ad eccezione di pompelmo e ananas dalle proprietà drenanti, perché considerate troppo zuccherine. La dieta dei tre giorni prevede anche il consumo di tisane dall’effetto drenante e rilassante.

I vantaggi della dieta dei tre giorni sono diversi: in primo luogo richiede pochi sacrifici, perché i tre giorni proteici sono seguiti da una settimana di dieta più libera e dissociata, è facile da seguire e tiene sotto controllo l’appetito grazie ad un’alta percentuale di proteine e a cibi dall’alto indice di sazietà; inoltre sono previsti 3 pasti principali e tre spuntini, riducendo così il rischio di mangiare fuori-pasto calorici.

Schema della dieta dei tre giorni

Primo giorno

Appena svegli: due bicchieri di acqua naturale
Colazione: tè verde, un toast con prosciutto cotto sgrassato
Spuntino: una tazza di tisana una banana
Pranzo: cosce di pollo al forno con peperoni, insalata mista con cetrioli e belga
Merenda: una tazza di tisana, un vasetto di yogurt bianco senza zucchero
Cena: una tazza di brodo vegetale, 150 g. di coda di rospo al cartoccio, broccoli e cavolfiori lessati
Dopo cena: una tazza di tisana

Secondo giorno

Appena svegli: due bicchieri di acqua naturale
Colazione: una tazza di tè verde o caffè d’orzo, un uovo alla coque, una fetta di pane integrale tostato
Spuntino: una tazza di tisana, una fetta di ananas naturale
Pranzo: 150 g. di insalata di con polpo lessato, sedano e pomodori
Merenda: uno yogurt biologico al naturale con un cucchiaino di lecitina di soia, una tazza di tisana
Cena: vellutata di porri e spinaci, 70 g. di ricotta magra, insalata mista
Dopo cena: una tazza di tisana

Terzo giorno

Appena svegli: due bicchieri di acqua naturale
Colazione: una tazza di tè verde o caffè d’orzo, una fetta di pane integrale tostato con crescenza light
Spuntino: una tazza di tisana, una spremuta di pompelmo
Pranzo: crudité di stagione, 120 g. di roast-beef, insalata mista
Merenda: uno yogurt biologico al naturale con un cucchiaino di lecitina di soia, una tazza di tisana
Cena: pesce al cartoccio, verdure alla griglia tipo melanzane e zucchine
Dopo cena: una tazza di tisana

  2. infatti la dieta dei tre giorni di migliaccio è meglio….c’è sempre un panino a pranzo e cena… perdi sempre 2 kg, ma certo non son una taglia, a me serve come partenza… poi ci vuole un regime controllato da un medico….
