Gli ultimi tre posti della classifica sono della dieta Dash, secondo la quale bisogna nutrirsi soprattutto di verdure, frutta e fibra, della dieta Atkins, una dieta a punti per la maggior parte composta da grassi, e la dieta di Simeons, che prevede l’assunzione di 600 calorie giornaliere e di iniezioni di ormoni.
