I cibi invernali amici della linea e della salute

L’inverno è sinonimo di freddo, grigiore e a volte anche neve, tutti fattori che nella maggior parte delle persone provocano tristezza e stanchezza; proprio per contrastare questi stati d’animo bisogna puntare su cibi energetici, in grado di ridarci vigore e, perché no, anche di riscaldarci. Per alimenti energetici non si intendono solo quelli che contengono molte calorie: ci sono anche molti cibi in grado di coniugare efficienza, linea e anche gusto.

Cereali e legumi

I cereali e i legumi sono da sempre alla base dell’alimentazione invernale e in diverse tradizioni culinarie; tra i legumi, al primo posto di quelli che vengono consumati di più in questo periodo ci sono le lenticchie, grazie alla credenza che le lega alla fortuna e all’arrivo dei soldi. Leggende popolari a parte, le lenticchie possiedono un alto valore nutritivo: 100 grammi di questi legumi contengono 116 calorie, solo 0,38 g. di grassi, ma ben 20,13 g. di carboidrati e 9,02 g. di proteine, oltre ad essere ricche di ferro, potassio, fosforo e vitamine del gruppo B.

Per quanto riguarda i cereali, i migliori come cibi invernali nutrienti ed energetici sono il grano saraceno e l’avena; il grano saraceno è ricco di minerali e di vitamine; è anche piuttosto calorico, ma possiede un alto potere saziante e, soprattutto riscaldante, ideale quindi per la stagione invernale. Anche l’avena è l’ideale per l’inverno: pur essendo abbastanza calorica, è ricca di vitamine del gruppo B, di proteine e di minerali.

Pesce

Anche il pesce è utile nell’alimentazione invernale: prediligete merluzzo, sogliola, spigola, salmone, sardine, polpo, orata e tonno, che contengono gli acidi grassi omega 3 e moltissime vitamine; proprio per le sue proprietà benefiche, gli esperti consigliano di mangiare pesce due o tre volte alla settimana.

Frutta

La frutta non va mangiata solo in estate: anche l’inverno è ricco di frutti dalle tante proprietà benefiche, primi fra tutti gli agrumi, come arance, mandarini, mandaranci e pompelmi, ma anche mele, mele cotogne, pere, frutta secca e kiwi.

Verdura

La verdura  sempre importante, d’estate come d’inverno; sfruttiamo le proprietà della verdura invernale per fare il pieno d’energia e anche per depurarsi, come ad esempio i carciofi, dall’importante azione diuretica, depurativa e antiossidante, e i cavolfiori, ricchi di minerali e di vitamine e anch’essi dalle proprietà depurative, antinfiammatorie e antibatteriche.
