Se facciamo ogni giorno allenamento e mangiamo male cosa succede? È una domanda che dobbiamo porci, soprattutto se abbiamo la malaugurata idea di allenarci di continuo ma mangiamo regolarmente junk food.

Allenamento accompagnato da giusti nutrienti

Sì, è una vera e propria contraddizione. E se è comunque possibile stare bene alternando l’allenamento a qualche sgarro, dobbiamo comprendere che correre ogni giorno e poi non regolarsi adeguatamente nei nutrienti fa male al nostro corpo. A essere chiamato in causa è un comportamento ben specifico: quello di ignorare le componenti deleterie per la nostra salute nella nostra alimentazione libera.

Immaginate di eseguire ogni giorno l’allenamento necessario e ogni giorno non mangiare sano. Pensare che il bruciare le calorie sia abbastanza è una sottovalutazione del problema. Se inseriamo nella nostra dieta dei grassi non salutari, dando spazio a un binge eating di bevande zuccherate, patatine o biscotti, rischiamo di far male più di quel che pensiamo alla nostra salute.

Possiamo anche non prendere peso, ma cosa dice il nostro organismo di tutto ciò? Come spiegano gli esperti è possibile in generale smaltire gli eccessi di una dieta non sana se ci si allena almeno due o tre ore al giorno tutti i giorni. Non vi è accumulo di energia in eccesso e il corpo elimina abbastanza di buon grado le tossine che accumula. L’aumento del grasso viscerale può essere tenuto abbastanza sotto controllo.

Attenzione ai fattori di rischio cardiovascolari

Anche se si fa dell’attività sportiva agonistica e si deve mantenere al top la massa muscolare. Il problema, come già indicato, sono gli effetti che un’alimentazione non sana ha sull’organismo. Anche se in uno sportivo può non essere visibile, potrebbe accumularsi molto grasso viscerale rispetto a quello sottocutaneo. Questo potrebbe portare al restringimento delle arterie conosciuto come aterosclerosi, fattore di rischio importante per le malattie cardiovascolari.

Se si rimane molto attivi, alcuni di questi errori di alimentazione possono essere ammortizzati. Ma sarebbe meglio evitare di perpetrarli, soprattutto se si decide di smettere con l’allenamento quotidiano. O si dovessero rallentare i propri ritmi. Si rischia tra l’altro, con queste abitudini, di prendere molto peso una volta che si smette di allenarsi.

Se i grassi tipici dello junk food fanno male in allenamento, meglio non fanno le proteine in eccesso. Secondo gli esperti si dovrebbe smettere di attaccare il consumo di carboidrati, che sono necessari nelle giuste quantità e consentono di portare avanti un allenamento dalla importante resa. Bisogna fare attenzione, sottolineano, anche quando ci si affida a quelle diete considerate alla moda come il digiuno intermittente e le chetogeniche. Possono anche far raggiungere risultati importanti ma creare dei deficit in grado di dar vita a squilibri ormonali e neuroendocrini.
