Se siete tra coloro che amano il sapore acre ma succoso di un bel limone, non potete fare a meno di provare la dieta del limone, che promette in una settimana di far perdere un paio di chili. Tranquille, a dispetto del nome non dovrete mangiare limone a colazione, pranzo e cena, il principio è sfruttare le qualità antiossidanti e la gran quantità di vitamina C contenuta nel limone bevendo limonata al risveglio e acqua in abbondanza per tutto il giorno, ovviamente abbinata ad un’alimentazione ipocalorica.

Il limone e l’acqua, infatti, sono ottimi per stimolare l’apparato digerente, per eliminare le scorie e per migliorare il transito intestinale; inoltre, contribuiscono a diminuire l’appetito in modo naturale.

Al risveglio è necessario bere il succo di un limone appena spremuto diluito in un bicchiere d’acqua calda, e durante la giornata consumare almeno 8 bicchieri d’acqua, avendo cura di bere lontano dai pasti, perché aiuta a controllare l’appetito.

Il fatto che il limone contenga vitamina C è il fattore determinante del suo essere “protagonista” di una dieta, in quanto questa vitamina è uno dei principi nutritivi più efficaci per bruciare i grassi e perdere peso.

A parte che nel limone, la vitamina C si trova nella frutta e nella verdura, alimenti da sempre indispensabili nei regimi alimentari ipocalorici. Gli esperti raccomandano di consumare almeno cinque porzioni di frutta e verdura al giorno, e nel caso specifico di questa dieta potete contarle includendo anche la limonata del mattino.

Esempio di menù della dieta del limone

Appena svegli: succo di limone diluito in acqua calda
Colazione: una tazza di macedonia mescolata allo yogurt e 2 cucchiai di fiocchi d’avena, 30 cl di latte biologico o latte di soia
Spuntino: 8 mandorle non salate e un bicchiere di succo di frutta allungato con acqua
Pranzo: zuppa di verdure biologica anche in scatola, due fette di pane integrale a sandwich, farcito con formaggio
Spuntino: due biscotti d’avena, pomodori ciliegini e un cucchiaio di formaggio fresco
Cena: pesce o pollo alla griglia, condito con succo di limone e olio d’oliva, verdure a foglia saltate nel wok con un cucchiaio di semi di sesamo, pesche cotte alla cannella
Prima di dormire: bevanda calda al limone
