Ricordate che per ottenere l’alcol alla gradazione di 60°, dovete aggiungere a 40 ml di acqua distillata 60 ml di alcol a 95°. Versate nel palmo delle mani un po’ di alcolato e passatelo sulle gambe dal basso verso l’alto, partendo dai piedi. Il trattamento va eseguito la mattina e di nuovo la sera, dopo la doccia, per ritrovare tono e leggerezza. L’azione congiunta dell’alcol e degli oli essenziali del rosmarino stimola la microcircolazione e favorisce una migliore irrorazìone dei tessuti, anche di quelli più profondi. Diventa così più facile smaltire le tossine che favoriscono la ritenzione e l’accumulo di adipe; inoltre l’alcol, a contatto con la pelle, produce un immediato effetto rinfrescante e snellente.
Per sferrare un duro colpo alla cellulite accumulata soprattutto sui glutei ed evitare che se ne formi di nuova, dopo la frizione fate un bagno salato. Il giorno prima miscelate a un chilo e mezzo di sale integrale 10 gocce di olio essenziale di cipresso e 10 gocce di olio essenziale di lavanda. Lasciate il tutto in una ciotola di vetro coperta con un panno al buio. La sera, riempite la vasca di acqua tiepida e aggiungete metà del sale aromatico. Prima di entrare nella vasca, con un guanto di crine massaggiate il resto del composto su tutto il corpo, insistendo in particolare sulle zone più gonfie.
Quindi immergetevi per 20 minuti nel bagno salato. Lo scrub con il guarito di crine riattiva il microcircolo cutaneo e apre i pori, favorendo la penetrazione dell’olio di cipresso (bruciagrassi) e di lavanda (drenante e tonificante). Il sale, inoltre, ha un’azione riducente sui depositi adiposi. Infine, dopo il bagno, massaggiatevi con un balsamo che riattiva la circolazione e favorisce il tono muscolare, usando il burro di cocco come base: solido a temperatura ambiente, si scioglie a contatto con la pelle.
Portate il burro di cocco ad una consistenza fluida lasciando al sole il barattolo chiuso per il tempo necessario. Aggiung ete mescolando 15 gocce di olio essenziale di menta piperita (riattivante) e 15 gocce di olio gocce di olio di ginepro (riducente). Riportate il burro a una consistenza solida riponendolo in ambiente fresco e usatelo per massaggio. Il massaggio riattiva la circolazione e accelera l’eliminazione delle scorie e dell’adipe.
