Proteine nobili, minerali essenziali per il buon funzionamento dell’organismo e preziosi Omega 3 sono elementi chiave di un’alimentazione che garantisce buona salute e permette di tornare rapidamente in forma dopo gli eccessi delle ferie.
La scelta vincente dunque è prediligere modello alimentare che opta per le proteine, riduce i grassi e sceglie solo quelli positivi, come appunto gli Omega 3. Nel contempo va moderato il consumo di carboidrati dando la precedenza a frutta, verdura e cereali integrali.
