Molto spesso non sappiamo che cosa mangiare: tutto ingrassa, tutto è calorico, tutto sembra minare la nostra linea. Non è così. Sono numerosi i cibi che possono essere protagonisti dei nostri pasti o delle nostre merende e hanno un apporto calorico limitato. Ecco quindi 10 alimenti con meno di 100 calorie.

Un bicchiere di circa 200ml con frutta mista, senza latte e magari senza o con un piccolo pezzo di banana ha 80 calorie

 

Trenta chicchi d’uva

Contano 55 calorie e sono davvero tanti 30 chicchi.

Non potete farvi fuori un’intera tavoletta, ma tre quadretti a metà mattina o a metà pomeriggio nessuno ve li può negare. Quante calorie? Solo 90.

Danno energia, calmano la fame e contano 60 calorie. Volendo potreste mangiarne ben 5 per arrivare a 100 precise.

 

Yogurt con il miele

Questa è la merenda o la colazione per eccellenza: circa 100 grammi di yogurt bianco naturale (senza zucchero e intero) con un cucchiaio di miele ha 85 calorie.

Non riuscite a rinunciare all’aperitivo? Contate 20 pistacchi.

 

Pane integrale

Una fetta di pane integrale (circa 20 gr) contiene 56 calorie.

12 gamberetti

I gamberi sono calorici, ma se ne mangiate solo 12 di dimensioni medie, bolliti o al vapore, consumerete solo 60 calorie. Vi sarà quindi concesso anche un cucchiaino di olio come condimento.
